Prof. Ramesh K Arora, MPA, M Phil., Ph D (Kansas, USA) was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Kansas, Lawrence and a Senior Fulbright Fellow at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, New York. He was Professor and Head, Department of Public Administration and Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences in the University of Rajasthan. Presently, he is Chairperson, Management Development Academy, Jaipur. Dr. Arora has lectured at several institutions in India and abroad including the USA, the UK, Germany, Malaysia, Thailand, Pakistan, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and South Africa. He is the author/editor of numerous books including the best-selling: Indian Public Administration (2023), Comparative Public Administration (2021), Time Management for Happiness and Success (2021) and The Art of Leadership (2022). Prof. Arora is the recipient of Fulbright Fellowship (twice), Joseph Harris Fellowship, Paul Appleby Award (2010), Rajrishi Purushottam Das Tandon Award (2021) and the first Dr. Rajendra Prasad Award for Academic Excellence (2022).He is the Editor of Administrative Change, an international journal, since 1973.
