Part-6:Safety Guidelines, Penal Provisions and Punishments contains all important circulars issued by the Establishment, Mechanical, Safety, Manpower Planning, and Signal & Telecom Directorates on Policy on Drunkenness, Accident due to Signal Passing at Danger, Guiding norms for imposition of Punishment in cases of SPAD etc. CONTENTS Part-7:Miscellaneous Orders relevant to the Running Staff contains orders such as Restructuring of the cadre of Assistant Loco Pilots, Allotment/Retention of Railway Quarters, Re-engagement of retired employees in exigencies of services, Revision of pension etc.
